A One-of-a-Kind Process
Unlike typical flavored coffees that rely on artificial syrups or added extracts, or "Barrel- Aged" coffees, Don Pablo uses a proprietary process invented by Darron "Don Pablo" Burke himself. Real Kentucky bourbon is carefully infused into 100% Arabica beans before roasting. The beans are then dried, and carefully roasted.
As the beans roast, the alcohol naturally evaporates, leaving behind the distinctive essence of bourbon. Subtle notes of vanilla, oak, and dark chocolate that mingle perfectly with the coffee’s natural caramel and cocoa tones. The result is a full-bodied, aromatic coffee with remarkable depth and smoothness, without the bite or buzz of alcohol.
