Low Acid Coffee
Every Don Pablo coffee is low-acid, 100% Arabica and roasted to order in small batches. If acidity has kept you from enjoying your daily cup, here's how to find the right one.
How to choose
- Gentlest cup: go dark. Dark roasting breaks down more of the bean's natural acids. Try Classic Italian Espresso, Café Cubano, European Blend, Pablo's Pride Organic Dark Roast or CharBeanz Organic Dark Roast.
- Smooth everyday coffee: Signature Blend, our most popular, or Subtle Earth Organic (Medium-Dark). Both are sweet and balanced with a cocoa finish.
- Certified organic: Subtle Earth Organic, Pablo's Pride Organic Dark Roast, CharBeanz and Goodness & Light. USDA Organic, certified by CCOF.
- Decaf: Colombian Swiss Water Decaf or Subtle Earth Organic Swiss Water Decaf. 99.9% caffeine-free, with no chemical solvents.
- Cold brew: cold brewing makes an even smoother, lower-acid cup. Brew Brazil Cerrado at home (choose the Cold Brew grind), or grab our Ready to Drink Cold Brew.
Which bag size?
- 12 oz: about 2–3 weeks for one daily coffee drinker. A good way to try something new.
- 2 lb: about 5–6 weeks for one drinker, or 2–3 weeks for a couple. Better value per cup.
- 5 lb: for big households and offices. Available in most of our core coffees, including Signature Blend, Subtle Earth Organic, Colombian Supremo, Café Cubano and both Swiss Water decafs.
