Freshly Roasted to Order
All Don Pablo Specialty Coffees are freshly roasted to order. However, depending on availability, certain origins may require additional time to roast and ship. If your order is delayed, you will receive an email notification. Our customer service team is happy to suggest an alternative coffee or issue a refund upon request.
Order Volume & Delays
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Contiguous U.S. Orders

Orders of $75 or more (after discounts) qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Orders under $75 will be charged standard carrier rates from UPS or USPS.

To qualify for free shipping, the delivery address must be within the contiguous U.S., and the total must be $75 or more after any discounts or promotions.
Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations will be charged actual carrier shipping rates.
Cold Brew Shipping
Cold brew products are exempt from flat-rate and free shipping offers. They always ship using actual carrier rates.
Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and fast. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx
