About this program
The Don Pablo Coffee text message program is operated by Burke Brands LLC ("we" or "us"). By signing up, you agree to these terms. We may change or end the program, or update these terms, at any time. If you keep participating after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
What you'll receive
When you sign up, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. These may include promotions, special offers, and product news. We may send them using automated technology.
Your consent is optional
You don't have to sign up to buy anything from us, and joining is completely voluntary.
Cost and frequency
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for this program, but your wireless provider's charges are your responsibility.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any text from us to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation text, and we won't send more marketing texts unless you sign up again. For help, reply HELP or email info@donpablocoffee.com.
Subscription texts
Texts about managing a coffee subscription are a separate program. Opting out of one program may not opt you out of the other, so please reply STOP to the number sending the texts you want to end.
Changes to our number or yours
We may change the number we use to send texts and will let you know if we do. Messages sent to an old number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received. If your mobile number changes, you'll need to sign up again with your new number.
Delivery
Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in them, or actions you take based on them.
Privacy
We don't sell your text message opt-in consent or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers you give us, including at checkout, may be shared with service providers and advertising partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of targeted advertising through Your Privacy Choices.
