SWAY Jazz Album & Coffee Giveaway Featuring Justin Pierce

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Giveaway Period

The SWAY Jazz Album & Coffee Giveaway Featuring Justin Pierce (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 14, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored solely by:

Burke Brands LLC, doing business as Don Pablo Coffee
521 NE 189th St.Miami, Florida 33179

Hereafter referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, as well as members of their households, are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit [entry-page URL] and complete the entry form by providing your name and a valid email address.

Limit one entry per person and email address. Entries submitted using automated methods, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, or other attempts to exceed the entry limit may be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

A total of three prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize — One winner will receive:

• One signed and numbered SWAY vinyl LP from the first pressing of 100, signed by Justin and Ashley, with an approximate retail value of $60
• One 2-pound bag of Don Pablo coffee, with an approximate retail value of $29.99

Runner-Up Prizes — Two winners will each receive:

• One signed SWAY CD, signed by Justin and Ashley, with an approximate retail value of $20
• One 2-pound bag of Don Pablo coffee, with an approximate retail value of $29.99
  

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $89.99. The approximate retail value of each Runner-Up Prize is $49.99.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 15, 2026.

The first entry selected will be the potential Grand Prize winner. The next two entries selected will be the potential Runner-Up winners.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. Each potential winner will be asked to provide a valid U.S. mailing address so the prize can be delivered.

A potential winner must respond within five calendar days of the notification being sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are delayed, blocked, misdirected, or classified as spam.

8. Prize Delivery and Taxes

Allow approximately four to six weeks following winner verification for prize delivery. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because a winner supplied an incomplete or incorrect mailing address.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain an unfair advantage, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if appropriate, select the winners from eligible entries received before the affected date.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or for technical, internet, website, email, hardware, or software failures.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy displayed on the entry website. Entrant information will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact potential winners.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails unless the entrant separately and affirmatively agrees to receive them.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or any social-media platform on which it may be advertised. Entrants release those platforms from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.

14. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, send an email to: social@donpablocoffee.com with “SWAY Giveaway Winners” in the subject line. Requests must be received by October 15, 2026.
