It Starts with Real Bourbon
Darron “Don Pablo” Burke developed our proprietary process to infuse real Kentucky bourbon into 100% Arabica coffee beans before roasting.
Rather than simply aging the beans in bourbon barrels or adding flavored extracts, we let the bourbon soak into the beans themselves. We then dry them and carefully roast them in small batches.
During roasting, the alcohol evaporates, leaving the bourbon’s flavor and aroma behind. You’ll taste notes of vanilla, oak, and dark chocolate alongside the coffee’s natural caramel and cocoa flavors. It’s rich and full-bodied, with the smooth finish you expect from Don Pablo.
Great Flavor Takes Time
There are a few extra steps involved in making this coffee, and we think you’ll taste why they’re worth it.
Infusing the beans before roasting allows the bourbon flavor to become part of the coffee instead of a coating added afterward. There are no artificial flavors or syrups. Just quality coffee beans, real bourbon, and careful roasting to bring out the best in both.
Make Yourself a Cup
Enjoy it with breakfast, serve it after dinner, or try it as cold brew. For an easy dessert, pour a freshly brewed shot over vanilla ice cream for a bourbon-infused take on an affogato.
For a rich, flavorful cup, we recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of water. Adjust to taste and enjoy it the way you like your coffee.
