Limited Release Coffee - Gustavo’s Geisha
This is more than just a world-class coffee—it’s a story of friendship, passion, and discovery.
When we first met Gustavo Rincón, a third-generation coffee grower in the lush hills of Pereira, Colombia, he had never even tasted his own coffee—like most farmers. We brought a home roaster, fired it up on the farm, and together we shared his very first cup. That moment sparked a bond—and a journey—that would forever change both our lives.
From those humble beginnings, Gustavo didn’t just become a partner—he and his family, became our family. Over time, we’ve come to share not only a vision but the work we each pour our hearts into: Gustavo is woven into the fabric of our roasting company, and we’ve rooted ourselves in the farm he nurtures. It’s a relationship built on mutual trust, hard work, and a deep respect for the craft.
We brought him to our Miami roasting facility, traveled the world together visiting coffee farms, and even planted coffee side by side on the island of Madeira, Portugal. Today, Gustavo is not only a gifted grower, but also an accomplished small-batch roaster, producing coffee for top-tier clients and crafting exceptional microlots of his own.
Our next chapter together takes us to a Medical Mission’s Field Hospital on the Colombia-Venezuela border in Cúcuta, where we’ll donate coffee to the doctors and medical staff serving those in need.
Gustavo’s Geisha is one such microlot—a rare and exceptional coffee grown at high altitude in the rich volcanic soil of our shared farm in Pereira. Meticulously cultivated, handpicked, and roasted in small batches, this Geisha showcases everything that makes the varietal world-famous.
